The gîte, located in the old mill, is situated between two villages and 5 minutes' drive from Villersexel, giving access to all amenities. Private entrance entirely separate from the owner's part of the mill. Access from the dining room overlooking the canal and park. Fully equipped terrace. Very large kitchen fitted out with refinement: natural stone floor, oak panelling, stone wall. Upstairs, a large living room with oak parquet flooring, a magnificent view over the park and a magnificent bedroom with oak panelling, accessible from the mezzanine living room via a glass walkway. A peaceful setting lulled by the sound of water and birdsong. No smoking, no pets, no children under 10. Minimum stay 3 nights. Open from June to the end of September.
